my baby boy is 42 days old
my question is that ke frm last few days he is not sleeping properly at night nd also not feeding well
nd after 9 pm he starts crying bcoz of no reason my paediatrician told that he has infant colic nd given me this medicine
pls chk is it ok to give this medicine to mah child
nd how many days have to give this?

you can give it to the child as per need
the recurrent stretching / curving of the body again and again as well as uncomfort / making grunting sounds as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach.
it is very important that after giving milk to the child you
 should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutes(irrespective that you hear the burps or not). gas in stomach causes hiccups.
do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removed properly it goes into intestine causing abnormal distension and that sawill lead to 
colic pain again and again.
keep the child in upright position whether you hear the burping sound or not and also it is not important that you will hear the sound when the child removes the air from the oral cavity.

but should I give this drops to mah child
dr told to give 10 drops each in morning nd night so is it safe for infant
coz after giving drops my boy is sleeping more
so my concern is  that  it doesn't contains any sleepy ingredients ? nd how many days should i continue 
also my boy has some cold so it is safe to give this medicine now?

as it is prescribed by your pediatrician,you should give it as per his prescription only
but as your child is having colic pain ,I would suggest to apply Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child which gives instant relief in stomach pain.
please feed your child on demand
burp your baby well after each feeding.
