Helo sir/mam im a mother of twin baby.. one of my kid has a small red color dot inside his eye..is it a serious issue? shall i meet a doctor!? and the other kid has rashes around mouth and eye lids?? wats the issue.. can any doctor guide me out of this

A. Right now conjunctivitis spreading quite a lot so it could be a possibility for that and for the rashes around the mouth you can use Boroline anti septic cream but you should definitely get a check with your doctor one time
