Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. after 2 yr of age. For better understanding of the situation it need to be examined by a doctor preferred your family doctor and any medication if required can be suggested by the doctor after examination only .

Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango watermelon juice etc
Maintain hydration
