You can start with vegetables purées like cool the veggies and blend it well ... becomes a smooth paste easy to feed the baby... start with one vegetable a day give it for 3 days to see if there are no signs of allergy on the baby and then continue with the next vegetable in between you can even give some fruits like banana... by smashing it well ... even soft cooked rice
