helo doctor.. my son is 2 yrs 7 months old.. during sleeping time still he is sucking his thumb finger.. how to stop this??? is it harmful to him???

Author of questionFather of a 7 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. if he feels sleepy he started to suck his thumb finger.. nd after wake up he started to suck his thumb.. after meals he back to normal..
