Q.

helo doctor my son has fever since 2 days..and he has diagnosed and prescribed paracetamol sos and some antibiotic..how many days require him to recover from fever because he has some fever still

A. further here you can follow the advice of your doctor and your doctor will explain you in a proper way and if required after a proper assessmdeent . Its always better if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.
