helo doctor my child is 14 months old he is having runny nose and cough. he is not eating food. please suggest me

Sinarist You can give to your child twice a day for three days and for cough you can give Darbar Honitus to your child or you can take some ginger juice and honey make sure you can give that to put the things are quite good and also give indirect steam in halation to your child
