helo doctor my baby is having diarrhoea what medicine should I give?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomvhatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infectiogn which needs antibiotics treatment

u cn gv oral rehydration solutions
apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion
keep baby well hydrated...
if persists reach the doctor
