Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Baby's skin is so sensitive and not every product suits to every baby.
Paeditrician suggestion is best.
Avoid soap, cream, massage oil or bathing powder which you using present do normal Luke warm water bath for two days and check if rashes disappear.
Not only soaps oil/cream also cause rashes so avoid for a while use one by one meanwhile checking suitable.
Apply to hands/legs instead whole body or face while starting new products.
Also check your diet avoid heavy, spicy foods or some allergic foods (sea foods, chicken) might cause allergy/rashes in baby if baby is on breastfeed.

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
