Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good afternoon !! All nutrients ,minerals,vitamins are supplemented with breast milk except Vitamin D so giving Vitamin D3 drops is must . As babies mostly at home Vitamin D will be less.. You can now supplement with Vitamin D3 after consulting Doctor. Also expose baby to sunlight daily 10-15 minutes morning,eveninv sunlight is the best source of Vitamin D.
