hellow sir..!madam.. my baby is 4 years old she has fever since 3 days n i’m giving pct 250mg 5ml 6 hrly. still not controlling ineed to give any antibiotics plz suggest..

A. you can always wait for three or four days with only paracetamol. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.

A. Is a fever has lasted for more than three days it is good for you to consult your paediatrician because right now the various infections which are spreading could be viral fever could be dengue typhoid or anything for that matter and randomly antibiotics cannot be given for you it is important to get your child checked with your doctor first
