helloo...what is diastasis recti and i have twins baby...and they are of 8 months....is it possible that i have diastasis recti??....bcz i wanna lose body fat and weight.....how to check diastasis recti....kya meri body jaise pregnancyse phli thi vaise ho skti h???

A. whether you are having this muscle problem or not will be diagnosed by your doctor so please visit your doctor who will tell you if you need to visit the surgeon or not and yes this problem can occur after pregnancy as well as during pregnancy
