Q.

helloo ... i am mother of 2 month old .. should i always wear sweater ...if i didnt wear will i become fat ??

A. it's myth, wear weather appropriately clothes.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Nuts in diet. Fresh fruits, dairy products. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liter every day

A. Who told you this that you will become fat if you don’t use sweaters have you seen the temperature outside you will probably just to send it is going to be so hard for you to deal with and it’s actually a misconception of which are older people have that you will become you know it will be difficult for you to read again and you’ll become fat you have this issue and asked Ashu if you don’t do like this this is all Amit there is no truth in that so just have a regular normal life don’t do anything over the top which is going to trouble youWrite Your Answer Here
