take steam once in a day. Add a little salt and gargle 2 to 3 times in a day and spit the water out. Add a pinch of turmeric to milk and take before sleeping. Avoid refrigerator food. Take adequate liquid. Please do not take any medicine without consulting your gynaecologist.Write Your Answer Here
