helloo doctor my son is not speaking but saying some words & he saying A to z& 1to10 but not speaking so worried

You may be giving good amount of screen time to the child which is why your child is speaking only the thing is that your child has learnt from the television so I suggest you to complete please stop giving screen time to the child and converts as much as you can with your child because this is how your child is going to learn to speak in loan which is absolutely important at this age
