Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any ckhronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give ksome powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi parent it's not needed if she's taking good and nutritious diet include more probiotics, seasonal fruits , and soups to her diet give her dates syrup mixed with the milk which is far better and tasty
