variety of vegetables and fresh fruits also

height of child mostly depends on genetic and diet .
so the first factor you can not control.
but you can offer food like green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts , multigrain food more for this.
encourage your child to do physical activities like cycling stretching etc.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
