A. There are variety of healthy, home cooked foods that can be included in baby's diet in 1 year. You can give foods like chapati with paneer gravy, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, rice with dal, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with dry fruits, fresh fruits, fresh juices, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, rice with chicken and fish curry, etc.
