Mam as we know the child is only on the feeding of the mother or breastfeeding so there is no point seeing anything read right so if you are saying that then that means there is a high chance that it is blood in the version of the child so looking at what you’re mentioning I think it would be good for to monitor the motion of the child for another 24 hours if you see redness again then check with the doctor could be blood which is normally associated with S stomach infection
