hello there, I want to start formula milk for my 8 months old baby as I need to visit my office. plz suggest me which formula is best? also do I need to pump n give milk to her with formula?

If You can express your breast feed and you can leave it at home or somebody else to give it then that is also good idea but that it is important that you produce sufficient breastfeed also formula feeding if you’re looking for then you can go for aptmil that’s also good formula brand
