hello team my baby is suffering from motions from last 4 days. am giving enterogermina medicine daily two times but still no result any advice on this

A. it is very important to give only breastfeeding to the child because on breastfeeding stool pattern more than ten times per day is also normal but it is important to get a stool examination which will differentiate whether it is infection or digestion related loose motion
