Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with c.uproper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Once your baby turned six months old then you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form like dal ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
