Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem taking supplements of iron and calcium and vitamins bh sHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry
