hello sir, now my baby is 5 months old, what are the solids we can starts from 6 months?

It has to be six months complete not in the beginning of six months and after completing the time of six months only would be recommended to give any kind of food and water to the child prior to that it is just going to be the feeling that you are giving from the beginning
