hello sir, Nisha this side my baby is 3 years vivaan Not doing stool last 3 days.He trying but not coming due to very hardstiol and facing some pain also. this problem has been happening for two months. I m so worried Sir pls suggest me what I do.. thnx

Constipation very common at this age
Change all bad food habits in babies
It will help
Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids,
(Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits)
Give fiber rich food items in diet.
Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos will work.
Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products
Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day
Do tummy massage if possible
Add some stool softner or laxatives if advised by pediatrician.

Hello ma’am may b ur hold is going through a constipation issue so it’s better that u start feeding more of fibre rich food and fruits to ur baby for easy and smooth motions .. also start giving papaya in the morning as that too works well in delaying with constipation..
