hello sir my son m.sathvik age 20 months everyday at noon time his body temperature raises but it's not fever after some hours his body comes to normal temperatures what's the problem it's happening from the last week only can you please explain the problem

A. most of the time small babies will be having larger surface area of the head and it was warmer for the feeling check the temperature in the axilla if it is more than 99 degrees then only it is fever
