Hello Sir My Son is having cough and i was prescriber Kofarest PD... i gave it for two weeks.. but there is no improvement

A. the medication you are giving is ok and if it is there if we were then paracetamol can be given to baby three to four times in a day and also his team should be given to with three to four times
