Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. that is just the simple secretion thickening which does not require any treatment except regular wash with the help of water but if it is causing pain please meet the doctor

Mam is it a sport because it is looking like a little out of the place where could be some kind of a pimple also it could be due to some infection or unhygienic a situation so better to check with your paediatrician to have a physical assessment of the problem
