hello ...sir my son is 4 year hvng fever n cough...which medicine should I give

A. can give steam and gargle. Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .

A. Hi parent please give luke warm water for drinking please give indirect steam twice a day with steamer please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relief rub please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
