Q.

Hello sir My son is 3years one month old from 2days his stomach became tight and little swollen and he drinks milk only what should I give to him..

A. it may be gases so Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
