Q.

Hello Sir My son is 3 years old but still he not speaks a single word not even maa,papa. But he is very intelligent and understands every thing and he is able to understand his point by gesture . I am worried about his speech and have joined speech and language therapy center also. What can we do for speech ,please ma'am help me . I am very upset.  Regards
