Hello sir, my son is 3 years 7 months- 13.5 kg, he is suffering from fever, cough & cold for the last 4 days… I am giving him Calpol 120 - 8 ml & chericof junior- 5 ml… Should I need the change the medicine or increase doses.. Please suggest

A. it may be flu. Temperature more than 99 is fever and if it is more than 99 on 3 episode the. Give paracetamol to baby up to 4 times in a day . It may be any viral . And if remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
