Hello sir my son is 2 years 3 months old he is not able to speak more words but he follows our instructions he is rarely speaking two words like car key door close etc..apart from that he will be saying appa amma,anna,car,bus etc..but he is having stranger anxiety what is his problem he is able to play with kids he is active and online throw the things climb up and down

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. all the details that you have mentioned seems to be normal according to the age you should not vary the baby is behaving in this manner it will change with time and the baby will have proper speech only by the age of three year

mam,each and every child achieve different milestones at different rates.
so no need to worry about it
just stop comparing your child with others.
keep communicating with your child more.
play interactive games like role play, peekaboo etc
I would suggest Babyhug doctor set or tea set for this.
it will definitely help.
