hello sir my son is 2 year 7 month old his hb is 11.3 and weight 12.5 kg recent he got stomach infection we have got check his wheat allergy it is positive what we should do whether we should stop wheat or not he is eating wheat but does not have any symptoms...

A. Hello mom wheat allergies indicates that it needs to be avoided be it any sort of wheat products as well so breads, Roti ,Suji etc needs to be avoided you can use rice ,oats ,millets like ragi ,bajra , jowar etc would be helpful
