Q.

hello sir. my kid is doing vomit(2-3 times) and having fever-99 c. His age is.2.10 years.pls. suggest medicine.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the bodppy to reduce fever

A. so need examination. in this case I would advise you to take opinion from the nearby doctor and then can follow the advise for this issue so can be done . . . . .
