Hello sir my daughter is of 6 months now which fruits/ food we can start..

A. dear mum, you can start giving foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. fruits like banana, chickoo, apple, papaya. later mashed paneer. consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
