Give sufficient play time, skipping, running, stretching exercise, cycling, hanging exercise will help. h

Height is genetically decided.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
include milk and milk products, diet rich in protein like egg chicken meat fish soya lentils sprouts etc, include banana, dry fruits etc in diet for height increase.
Also indulge in some activity like hanging stretching basket ball running etc for height increase
