hello sir my daughter is 7 months old and is suffering with milk allergy from last 4 months. I want to know that can we give her jaggery. as my dr suggest me not to give her sweet. I want to know that fruits, vegetables are also sweet is it ok to give her jaggery, fruits and vegetables. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, can give jaggery after 8 month.. you can just add fruit , date syrups which is naturally sweet , it has no connection with milk allergies. tc
