Q.

Hello sir,…. My daughter is 5 year old….she Dnt eat food …every tym I ve to force her….she l wont sleep properly also……..nyt if she feel sleepy also she avoid to sleep n sleep around 12 …..day tym also she l not sleep….she got black circle below eyes…. And also she talk more…..full day she l talk continuously…..so dt nyt also when sleeping she talk more…. What can I do for make her to eat n talk less…. Please gv me suggestion…I m vry much worried

A. Hello mom check her physical activity , make sure she is involved in some form of physical activity such as going to park , outdoor games , interaction with her age group if possible this helps a lot . Also have a day Routine sey so that she is occupied . Such as playtime , sleep time , study time , read some books to her etc
