A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in tshe armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be zgiven only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. hi give calpol drops as per instructions given on packet give Sponge bath to reduce the temperature keep your child well hydrated dress your child lightly if fever remains more than 3 days or if temperature is 100f or above then please visit your pediatrician
