Q.
hello sir .... my daughter don't like the milk. she don't like to take milk. i offered her many times and she say i will take it later...what I have to do??? And one more thing she don't eat any fruit or meals only eat rice and pulse, curd and chapati..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals. Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies.
