Hello sir. My child is 4 months 10 days old. Can I start cerelac for him now bcz I m a working lady.I can nt give time for feeding.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, no, you should not start to give Cerelac or any other top food until the completion of 6 months. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon while you are away.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Nope. Nothing else than mother's feeding till 6 months, not even a drop of water. Formula mil could be given in certain cases should be consultation a pediatrician. Even after 6 months consult the pediatrician before starting cerelac.
