Q.

hello sir ..my baby temperature was 100.8 rectally 5 hrs before after that temperature comes to normal with out any medication... does he still need Medicine

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. you can do cold sponging of the whole body if fever is again coming after giving paracetamol
