Hello sir, My baby is suffering from coughing and day by day he is becoming weak may be because of teething and all.can u recommend a cough seruf and any iron seruf .he is 8 months old now.

As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syrup should be given only after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough .self medication may not be so helpful so please consult your doctor once. if tlbhe coffee is protected you can give brozeet-ls or ambrodil syrup for now only n continue only after doctor's advice.
