hello Sir, my baby is 5 month old now, from next week my office is Starting, so need to feed him supporting food. requesting you to please suggest me the food which I can star to feed him.

A. No Not before completing the age of six months you can go ahead with any kind of food for the child I agree that you have to join office so you can start giving formula feeding to the child but it is not recommended to give any other food to the child before the
