hello sir,my baby is 5 month old,can we use pure cow milk for my baby

No not now.
cow milk or buffalo milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
Now it will be difficult for the baby to digest it.
Either continue to breastfeed ur baby or give formula milk till one year.
