Q.

Hello Sir, My baby is 18 months old and is suffering from phimosis according to a local doctor whom I had consulted. The doctor has recommended circumcision. Is there any other way out with the help of medicines or so which can recover this medical condition of my baby?? I'm attaching a picture of my baby's urinary organ for better knowledge of the problem. please reply Doctor. thank you

A. Sir I've already attached the pic along with the question..and I'm attaching with this message as well can you please see it and let me know whether surgery is needed?!

A. you can take opinion of another doctor who will tell you whether with proper retraction you will be able to cure the condition or not because only if you are not able to see the exit route (penis opening) in the penis than only surgical intervention is required
