Hello sir my baby is 11 month old ,had diarrhoea and fever before 2 days now fever gone but frequency of passing motion is less but still not completely recovered,he is on antibiotics so what to do for loose motion

A. it is the gut inf. Diarrhoea may be due to any viral infection of gut . Milk is avoided during this time as it is not digested well . Also give probiotic like enterogermina and zinc drop to baby . Start giving ors for preventing dehydration .
