hello sir, my baby girl is 20months old...the problem with her is...if she eats boiled egg and banana and also milk..she gets constipated..she gets irritated while going potty...can you please give me the solution

A. hi. reduce tge amount of this and simultaneousky give fiber rich food fruits and veggies, to avoid constipation. give her adequate fluids too. all the very best
