Q.

hello sir...my 5.3 years old son is facing heavy cough and cold..he is under the medication of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, ammonium chloride and sodium citrate syrup and amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate oral suspension...but the main thing is the cough is not under control..can u suggest

A. he is nebulising too...now he is having dry cough sir

A. probably there is need to change the antibiotic and giving bronchodilators with inhalers cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
